Re: Meeting Dec. 8th, 2004 @ 09:53 pm

Alright I know everyone has been looking forward to this all week, so Here it is.

The meeting will be held December 18th 12:00 pm at the Subway on memorial drive. Not the one in Walmart but the one near DQ. Everyone must bring a notebook. The first page should have your suggestions, comments, and complaints. There should be a 1.5" margin on the left and right and a .25" margin on the top. Bring two blue pens and a #2 pencil. You'll also need to bring a highlighter (color of your choice) to highlight certain articles of the bylaw agreements in which you'd like to discuss. However I must advise against green because green highlighters make me nautious and I could get sea sick from it. Most people prefer yellow highlighters but I think they suck because they turn ugly colors when you highlight pen and stuff. For those of you with cameras, bring them. We will be going through a trial run of the promotional video and we need lots of angles. If you want to get a grinder while we're there might I suggest the cold cut combo. Some people like the roast beef or chicken terryaki but they're just empty calories. Mayonaise tases good on the cold cut, if you wanna try that, i don't know... I like to get it on Italian bread but that's just me. Sometimes I get pickles just to switch it up a bit, you know throw 'em a curve ball. I tried one of their melt and man did that suck, I can't emphasize that enough... But if you like steak and chees you should definitely go to D'Angelos... yeah they have the best steak'n cheese around. And some terryaki sauce and provolone and your set to die a happy man... I wonder if they have a Subway close to Emerson? I hope so... what will I eat? Boston was fun... I decided that I'm going to buy a car just so I can go there when I want... like every day... I definitely want to film in Boston. Speaking of Boston, that barbeque chicken pizza was great... and the McDonalds fries were awesome... on the way there more so than on the way back. I should have brought my camera. Oh right.... You should bring twenty dollars too. Incase you want more grinders for the trip home.

So everyone dont forget December 18th 12 O'clockTheFilmCrewIsClosedThereIsNoMeeting!

Attention: Film Crew Members Apr. 28th, 2004 @ 06:48 am

It has been brought to my attention that many of you believe The Chicopee Film Crew has disbanded. For this reason I am calling the first official meeting of The Chicopee Film Crew.

The meeting will address and discuss:

  1. The present state of the Film Crew
  2. Member status
  3. “The Confederate Bylaws Of The Chicopee Film Crew”
  4. Member concerns, suggestions and future projects

I request that everyone be present for this meeting. Each member will be asked to address issues of their concern. If you know in advance that you cannot attend the meeting, find a reliable member that will address the issues you would like discussed. Also, all members should bring a written or typed list of issues they would like to cover to assure nothing is forgotten. Those who cannot attend should have an in depth, detailed list to properly convey their idea, and give it to someone to bring to the meeting. Please divide the issues in to proper categories such as suggestions, complaints, concerns, disputes, ideas, plans, etc.

The time and place will be announced at a later date. For optimum attendance I ask that everyone reply with dates and times they would be available. In your reply please include a preference of place for the meeting; i.e. house or restaurant. If restaurant, please suggest one. Let us distance ourselves from any distractions during the meeting. Members only.

Ladies and gentlemen,

I have officialy decided to take it upon myself to film/produce/write/direct/take over the Chic. film promotional vid.

Any who oppose me will be sacraficed to the sun god ra. In order to have good farming/crops for the next season.

I will also be taking over the chic. film crew. Not because I feel like it, but because nothing ever seems to get done, or started for that matter.

I feel we need more direction because right now, we're going nowhere. Also, I think we need to be making some decisions about revising members. I think that we should kick out EVERYONE including me and you. Yes you. And I believe we should have a screening process in order to ensure optimal quality. Not only that but I feel that everyone should put in as much effort into everyones videos as they would their own projects.

I am sure that you guys didn't mean to but I noticed that everyone seemed to be neglecting Jimmy's video project. With the exceptions of a few. Also it seemed that we never got anything done worthwhile. (Today) We didn't even discuss film, and I felt bad that mike wasn't invited... scratch that, he was probably lucky not to go.

If anyone has a major problem with this I will just step down from the film crew. Not to be malicious but I would prefer that this group would be going somewhere seriously.

I'd like everyone to understand that this post is not intended to upset anyone but this had to happen.

Couple things:

First order of business, we need a kick-ass timeless logo for the website and maybe for shirtses so if an one wants to make a design... do it! And then you can say, "Here" short for "Here, Rock you like a hurricane..." Or you can do the latter and post it here... not "here short for here rock you like a hurricane" but here - the journal.

Second order of business, Does anyone have vanity shot ideas?

Project: Aqua Teen Hunger Film commences. I think I've come up with a viable story line. I'm going to include characters such as Salad Hand Luke and The Burritor (They exist...). Hopefully I can use that new program that breaks down sound into equations to altr my voice if I can't find suitable sound bytes...

New members please refer to previous posts regarding the CFC website

I was looking at the Members page Mark is making for our site and something bothered me.
We have been in mostly all the films together, however, the names of those projects are different in each person's profile. We should all come up with one name for each thing. Maybe a chatroom on aim or something? Since we all talk online and are on a lot.
